FULL
BODY POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
Trace where
the pain comes from in order to bring you back
to structural balance. Especially recommended
for individuals experiencing chronic pain. The
findings will be given to you so you can follow
a treatment plan on your own.
FMS
(FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN) is an assessment that
demonstrates limitations and asymmetries that will
help us create a functional training system for
you and also prevent injuries while training.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT?
This should be the first meeting between you and your trainer. The main goal
of this session is for you to set goals based on your fitness assessment.
You will participate in 5 fitness assessment tests measuring your cardiovascular
endurance, body fat, flexibility, muscular endurance, and body composition
analysis (measurements). At this time your trainer will compare you to national
norms (standards) and assess how you will strive to meet those goals.
ONE HOUR TRAINING
We can start first time clients with one hour training.
Anytime after that, training starts with packages
of 4 sessions minimum.

Cancellation
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice. If not,
the session will be deducted from package. Clients
arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled
session time, unless other arrangements have
been made with the trainer.
Personal Note
We all go through physical or/and mental challenges
