Training is an investment to long- term health. We see training as a mean to become and stay fit, and to cleanse the body and mind. Our training is based on Core Values. Core strengthening will help you feel stronger and more stable. It will correct your posture, help you breathe better and have more energy. Having a solid core allows your body to efficiently transfer the forces that other muscles create, and to do that without getting injured.

  • Functional Training (better known as core training). Works with agility drills, balance, coordination, endurance, mobility, strength and power

  • Nutritional Counseling: A fitness and nutritional guide will be given with any training package.

Scheduling :
Gym sessions are booked by appointment only, available from 8 am to 7 or 9 pm (depending on location) and require a 24 hour advance booking.

  • Fit Camp will require a free initial consultation prior to camp in order to fill out intake forms, discuss goals, camp schedule and locations, as well as processing payment.

      Descriptions of Services:
    FULL BODY POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
    Trace where the pain comes from in order to bring you back to structural balance. Especially recommended for individuals experiencing chronic pain. The findings will be given to you so you can follow a treatment plan on your own.

    FMS (FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN) is an assessment that demonstrates limitations and asymmetries that will help us create a functional training system for you and also prevent injuries while training.

    WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT?
    This should be the first meeting between you and your trainer. The main goal of this session is for you to set goals based on your fitness assessment. You will participate in 5 fitness assessment tests measuring your cardiovascular endurance, body fat, flexibility, muscular endurance, and body composition analysis (measurements). At this time your trainer will compare you to national norms (standards) and assess how you will strive to meet those goals.

    ONE HOUR TRAINING
    We can start first time clients with one hour training. Anytime after that, training starts with packages of 4 sessions minimum.

    FIT CAMP Minimum 3 People
    Packages come with a FREE FOAM ROLLER. Camps combine various forms of exercise (running, sprinting, stair climbing, rope climbing, rope jumping, kettlebells, plyometrics, calisthenics, swimming). This cross training will vary the stress on your body, prevent plateaus, as well as keeping you interested and motivated. A nutritional/fitness guide will be given prior to camp and every participant's fitness will be assessed at the beginning and end of the Fit Camp program. Locations vary according to training type.

    Cancellation
    :
    We request a 48 hour cancellation notice. If sufficient notice is not given, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for the initial intake appointment. The session will be deducted if on a package. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been made with the trainer.

    Prepaid Packages :
    Prepaid packages are non refundable.

    Personal Note :
    How we look and feel is a direct reflection of how we fuel our bodies, as well as the amount of physical activity we engage in. Training and nutrition is constant hard work, especially when you have never done it.

    Our primary goal is to guide you through this difficult journey, using our knowledge and expertise, and to help you keep a positive and flexible mindset through the various challenges and pressures (stress at work, procrastination, time, fatigue, pain). We are confident that you will eventually learn how to develop healthy habits on your own for a lifetime.
