Christelle
Doktor has been involved in sports and athletics since she
started gymnastics at the age of 10. She has always combined functional
training exercise with massage therapy as a means to
keep her body balanced, stable and strong. Today, she
feels privileged to share her knowledge with the different
populations she works with.
She is passionately dedicated to better your health
and well being. She believes that a balanced life is
key to good health and works with her clients to help
them achieve their goals. She is a Certified and Licensed
Massage Therapist and earned her massage therapy
diploma from The National Holistic Institute, which emphasized
on kinesiology, physiology and sports massage. She has also received
the St. John Neuromuscular Therapy and Kinesio Taping certification which
complemented her existing sports therapy skills. She’s
had the benefit to learn from kinesiotherapists, integrative
bodyworkers, sports conditioning coaches and many others in the bodywork
field.
Along with her ability to practice various sports therapeutic
massage styles, she received her certification in sports
training from The International Sports Sciences Association as well as the CPR/AED certification with the American Heart Association.
